It's Okay not to be Okay!!

Wellness Plan  “Coming out of COVID-19”  These past few months have been difficult to say the least. Social distancing has left many of us feeling fearful, worried, anxious, lonely, and exhausted. Whether you have been stuck at home, or have had to go out to work, I'm sure you can relate to at least one of these feelings. As we move forward I would like us to develop a recovery plan. The first step in executing the plan is to publicly state our goals or desires,  use the chart that I have provided and list five things under each category that you plan to do to get you back into a healthier mindset and ready to achieve your future goals.
